Payment is accepted via credit/debit card. Payment is due at the time of service.

Do You Accept Insurance?

Bloomwell Care is currently a cash-pay-only practice. I'm in the process of credentialing with insurance panels and hope to accept insurance in the future. I'll update this page as that changes.

Your current insurance may still be able to help. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, your insurance may reimburse a portion of what you pay out of pocket. To find out, call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my out-of-network deductible?

• What percentage do you reimburse after the deductible is met?

• Do I need a referral or prior authorization?

If you do have out-of-network benefits, I'll provide you with a superbill after each session that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before we begin working together. I provide this to every new client before our first session. If you ever receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
